Hi, I’m Jennifer Winchester (she/her), an Associate Broker based in Tucson, Arizona, and a proud Ace/Aro member of the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve been licensed in Arizona since 2018, with real estate experience that began when I was just 15 years old. That early start gave me a deep understanding of the industry from the inside out—contracts, negotiations, timelines, and the details that make or break a smooth closing.

It’s built on transparency, strategic pricing, strong advocacy, and creating a safe, affirming space for my clients to make informed decisions.
